Ryan Christopher Contreras, a 23-year-old resident of Salinas, California, tragically lost his life on January 16, 2016. On that fateful evening, around 9:12 p.m., Salinas police responded to a call regarding a shooting incident on the 1000 block of Atlantic Street.
