Carlos Esteban Alfaro, a 20-year-old resident of Salinas, California, tragically lost his life on January 26, 2016. Born on June 17, 1995, in Michoacan, Mexico, Carlos was walking on the sidewalk near his home on the 1200 block of Nogal Drive when he was shot multiple times. The Salinas Police Department identified him through fingerprints and family confirmation.
