Victor Quintanilla

Victor Quintanilla, a 37-year-old resident of Pomona, California, was tragically shot and killed on February 3, 2016. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. in the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant located in the 1700 block of South Garey Avenue.
