Victor Quintanilla, a 37-year-old resident of Pomona, California, was tragically shot and killed on February 3, 2016. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. in the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant located in the 1700 block of South Garey Avenue. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Quintanilla had parked his car and gone inside the restaurant to purchase food.
