Earnest Clifton Hodge, a 52-year-old man, was tragically killed on March 29, 2016, in Los Angeles, California. According to reports, Hodge was walking south on South Figueroa Street in the Vermont Vista neighborhood around 8:45 p.m. when a black sedan approached him.
