Joseph Walter Moser, a 46-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on March 30, 2016, in Long Beach, California. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. in the 1600 block of Pine Avenue. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office, Moser was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his chest.
