Marcos Jesus Ruiz, a 27-year-old resident of Salinas, California, was tragically killed on the night of May 3, 2016. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. on Acosta Street near Machado Way. Ruiz and a friend were sitting in a parked vehicle, listening to music, when another vehicle approached them.
