Mario Puga, a 21-year-old resident of Salinas, California, tragically lost his life on May 8, 2016. On that fateful evening, Mario was working on a vehicle in the 300 block of Block Avenue when he was approached by an unknown assailant. The suspect, described as a Hispanic male wearing a light-colored sweatshirt with the hood pulled up, fired multiple shots at Mario, striking him several times in the torso.
