Willie Mulder Jr., a 29-year-old resident of Richmond, California, tragically lost his life on May 18, 2016, as a result of a fatal shooting in the unincorporated area of Rodeo, California. The incident occurred around noon near the intersection of Mariposa and Napa avenues. Multiple calls were made to the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office reporting gunfire in the area.
