Roscoe Leon Hilliard, a 37-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, was tragically shot and killed on May 22, 2016. The incident occurred in the 900 block of West 80th Street in the Vermont Knolls neighborhood. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Hilliard was walking home with a woman around 3:30 p.m. when an unidentified assailant approached and shot him multiple times.
