Julio Cesar Pena, a 34-year-old Latino, was tragically killed on May 22, 2016, in Wilmington, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Pena was fatally shot while riding his motorcycle home. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Gulf Avenue.
