Martin "Tito" Arias, a 26-year-old Latino from San Bernardino, California, tragically lost his life on May 23, 2016, following a shooting incident in Compton. On the evening of May 22, Arias was attending a small family gathering near East Rosecrans and North Bradfield avenues when he noticed a man attempting to break into a Toyota sedan.
