Donnell Hall, a 33-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, was tragically shot and killed on May 28, 2016. The incident occurred around 12:50 a.m. in the 300 block of East 50th Street in the South Park neighborhood. Hall was standing outside a duplex with a group of people when an unknown assailant approached and opened fire.
