After a loud explore and fire, a couple is found murdered in their home
On November 18, 1991, Lorna Brackett, 25, and Vincent White, 46, were tragically killed in a fire at a home on Reservoir Street in Waterville, Maine. The fire, which occurred in the early hours of the morning, was deemed an act of arson. Neighbors had reported hearing loud noises and what sounded like fireworks earlier that night.
