Michael Wayne Foster, a 23-year-old basketball player from East Los Angeles College (ELAC), was tragically murdered on September 8, 2016, in Los Angeles, California. Foster, who was known for his warm and generous nature, was sitting inside a light-colored Audi at a tire shop on the 9900 block of South San Pedro Street in Green Meadows when the incident occurred.
