Eugene Edward Hall, a 51-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on September 14, 2016. Hall was driving his silver Oldsmobile south on Dalton Avenue near West Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Exposition Park when another vehicle pulled alongside him. A person inside the other car began shooting at Hall, resulting in multiple gunshot wounds.
