Walter Martinez Jr., a 23-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on September 16, 2016, in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Martinez was shot and killed in an incident that also resulted in the death of another individual and injuries to two others.
