Sor Rith, a 57-year-old resident of Stockton, California, tragically lost his life on November 10, 2016. On that fateful evening, Sor Rith was inside his home, speaking on the telephone, when he was struck by a stray bullet that came through his front window. The incident occurred around 7:50 p.m. in the 800 block of West Ponce De Leon Avenue, near Kennedy Elementary School.
