Diane Capitanich, a 69-year-old resident of Vacaville, California, passed away on November 23, 2016. Her death was the result of a single gunshot wound to the head, which was later determined to be an assisted suicide. The incident occurred at the Peabody Self Storage facility in Vacaville, where her body was discovered by the police on December 7, 2016.
