Caesar Plascencia, a 37-year-old resident of Castro Valley, California, was tragically killed in a possible drive-by shooting on the evening of November 28, 2016. The incident occurred in front of his home on Wilson Avenue around 6 p.m. Deputies from the Alameda County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of gunfire and found Plascencia suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
