Isidro Marquez Jr., a 29-year-old resident of Hacienda Heights, California, was tragically found dead on December 3, 2016. His body was discovered in the front seat of a white, older model Honda Civic parked behind a shopping center on Gale Avenue. The vehicle's engine was running, and the front passenger door was open.
