Victor Duenas Jr., a 25-year-old resident of Los Angeles, was tragically shot and killed on December 7, 2016. The incident occurred around 7:40 p.m. while Victor was standing on the front porch of his home in the 4700 block of Gray Drive in the El Sereno neighborhood.
