Melissa Owens, a 35-year-old resident of Vallejo, California, tragically lost her life on December 17, 2016. The incident occurred late at night when officers responded to a report of a suspicious circumstance at a home on Myrtlewood Court. Upon arrival, they found Owens suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite their efforts, she was pronounced dead at the scene. The Vallejo Police Department quickly identified Ishmeal Zeno, a 37-year-old man, as the primary suspect in the case.
