Robert Rios, a 35-year-old resident of Placentia, California, was tragically killed on January 19, 2017. The incident occurred at his residence on Vista Avenue around 11:40 p.m. Rios was fatally shot by three armed men who invaded his home. The suspects were captured on surveillance footage, which the police later released to the public in hopes of gathering leads.
