Luis Saldana, a 28-year-old Latino, tragically lost his life on April 2, 2017, in Willowbrook, CA. The incident occurred in the 12700 block of South Avalon Boulevard. Saldana was driving north on Avalon Boulevard with his wife in the front passenger seat when a black Honda collided with the rear of their car shortly after midnight.
