Alexis Orona, an 18-year-old woman from Compton, California, tragically lost her life on April 14, 2017, after being shot near the intersection of South Tamarind Avenue and East Raymond Street. The incident occurred in the evening, and Alexis was quickly transported to St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood by a white compact vehicle.
