Dion Marcell Harris, a 29-year-old father of three and aspiring music artist, tragically lost his life on April 30, 2017, in Sacramento, California. On that fateful day, Dion was visiting his grandfather's house. According to witnesses, he stepped outside and was standing by the street when a dark-colored SUV approached. Without warning, shots were fired from the vehicle, striking Dion. He was pronounced dead at the scene, leaving his family and community in shock and mourning.
