Roderick Donell Totton, an 18-year-old from Elk Grove, California, tragically lost his life on May 12, 2017, after being shot at a party in Rocklin. The incident occurred on Tinker Drive, where a large gathering was taking place, heavily promoted on social media. Deputies responded to reports of gunfire and found Totton suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to Sutter Roseville Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
