Jose Peralta, a 24-year-old resident of Orange, California, was found dead on the front lawn of a home in Tustin on May 21, 2017. His body was discovered around 6:05 a.m. by a passerby who immediately alerted the authorities. Peralta had suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the back of his head.
