Patricia Quintero, a 31-year-old resident of Colton, California, tragically lost her life on the evening of May 25, 2017. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a business plaza on Cooley Drive in Colton. Patricia was shot by her estranged boyfriend, Arbret Brown, in front of several family members.
