Gregory Vance Troulman, a 63-year-old resident of Littlerock, California, was found dead on July 2, 2017, in a desolate area near 70th Street East and East Avenue M in Palmdale. Responding to a medical rescue call at approximately 1:33 a.m., sheriff's deputies discovered Troulman lying in the road, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
