Arturo Ruiz, a 47-year-old resident of Valinda, California, was tragically shot and killed inside his home on August 27, 2017. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 4 a.m., at his residence on Garrett Court. According to the Los Angeles County Department of Coroner, Ruiz was pronounced dead at the scene.
