Franklin Bamba Atoigue, a 46-year-old Pacific Islander, tragically lost his life on October 6, 2017, in Carson, California. Atoigue was visiting friends and spending time in a garage when an unknown assailant knocked on the door at approximately 5:35 a.m. Upon opening the door, Atoigue was shot in the torso by the individual outside.
