Francisco Trejo Jr., a 19-year-old resident of Lake View Terrace, Los Angeles, was tragically killed on October 16, 2017. The incident occurred around 2:25 p.m. near the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Terra Bella Street. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, officers from the Foothill Division responded to reports of shots fired in the area and discovered evidence of a shooting at the intersection.
