Isabelle C. Gallo, a 34-year-old resident of Kings Beach, California, tragically lost her life on November 4, 2017, in a murder-suicide incident at the Northwood Pines long-term motel. The Placer County Sheriff's Office identified Scott A. Kotter, the 64-year-old manager of the motel, as the shooter.
