Montreal Lavonte Brown, a 45-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, was tragically shot and killed on November 20, 2017. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. in the 400 block of West 109th Place in the Vermont Vista neighborhood. Brown was standing in front of a home when a vehicle drove by, and an occupant of the vehicle opened fire.
