Amber Alvarado, an 18-year-old from Long Beach, California, was tragically killed on December 2, 2017, in Littlerock, CA. The incident occurred around 11:20 p.m. when police responded to a report of a traffic collision at the 35000 block of 96th Street near State Route 138.
