Patricia Garcia, a 58-year-old domestic violence advocate from Chula Vista, California, was tragically killed on February 2, 2018. Garcia, who had dedicated 12 years of her life to helping families in crisis through her work at South Bay Community Services, was found dead in her home alongside her niece, Aura Mancilla.
