Moises C. Rodriguez, a 26-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on February 14, 2018, in North Hollywood, Los Angeles. The incident occurred in the 11500 block of Sylvan Street. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the shooting happened shortly before 6 p.m. when officers from the Los Angeles Police Department responded to a call about a shooting.
