Ismael Guzman, a 16-year-old resident of Turlock, California, tragically lost his life on May 19, 2018. The incident occurred in the 500 block of Vermont Avenue, where Ismael was shot while in front of a friend's house. The Turlock Police Department received a call about the shooting around 7:35 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Ismael with a gunshot wound and immediately began CPR.
