Death by Force

David Ray Steelman, a 31-year-old resident of Wofford Heights, California, was tragically shot and killed on June 13, 2018, in Taft, California. The incident occurred early in the morning on Crystal Street, just north of Olive Avenue. When deputies from the Kern County Sheriff's Office arrived at the scene, they found Steelman still alive but critically injured.
