Carlos Lopez Jr., a 35-year-old actor known for his role in the reality TV show "Operation Repo," tragically passed away on June 24, 2018, in his Los Angeles apartment. His death was ruled a suicide by the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office. Lopez was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound, and paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
