Beatrice Ann Romo, a 38-year-old resident of Riverside, California, tragically lost her life on June 30, 2018. The incident occurred during a family gathering at the Riverside Elks Lodge, where Beatrice was attending a baby shower with her children. A dispute broke out at the event, and in an attempt to intervene and de-escalate the situation, Beatrice was fatally shot.
