Jay Salinas Onofre, a Latino male, tragically lost his life on July 11, 2018, in the Westlake area of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, his death was part of a broader incident that also claimed the lives of his mother, Abril Onofre, and a family friend, Ruben Alcantara.
