Luis Ramirez, a 19-year-old resident of Oxnard, California, tragically lost his life on August 7, 2018. The incident occurred in the evening near Camino Del Sol and Rice Avenue, a commercial area known for its trucking and farm equipment companies. According to reports, Ramirez was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the westbound lanes of the roadway.
