On August 12, 2018, Jason Garcia Perez, a 9-month-old infant from Clearlake, California, tragically lost his life in a harrowing incident. Jason was fatally shot by his father, who had a history of legal troubles, including failing to register as a sex offender and charges of corporal battery against his spouse.
