Dulce Yamilet Garcia Perez, a 4-year-old girl from Clearlake, California, tragically lost her life on August 12, 2018. The incident occurred shortly after midnight when Dulce was in the back of her father's SUV. Her father, in a shocking and devastating act, shot Dulce along with her three siblings. Two of her siblings also died from the gunshot wounds, while one survived. Following this horrific act, her father took his own life.
