Fernando Rodriguez, a 46-year-old resident of Long Beach, California, tragically lost his life following a violent altercation on September 17, 2018. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on the 1400 block of Long Beach Boulevard. Rodriguez was found by officers with gunshot wounds to his upper body and was immediately transported to a local hospital.
