Sandra Charlene Jackson, a 59-year-old woman from Pomona, California, was found dead on October 6, 2018. The tragic incident occurred in the 1400 block of West McKinley Avenue, where she was discovered with a shotgun wound to her back. Her husband, Vernon Cary Jackson, a 62-year-old man, was found beside her with a shotgun wound to his chest. A shotgun was located on the floor near Vernon, leading investigators to conclude that he had shot Sandra before turning the gun on himself. The coroner's ...
