Felix Alonzo Francisco, a 43-year-old migrant farm worker, was tragically shot and killed on November 3, 2018, in Salinas, California. The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. on North Hebbron Avenue, where Francisco was found with multiple gunshot wounds in a driveway. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
