Sandra Marlene Dandas Navarro, a 34-year-old resident of Bell Gardens, California, tragically lost her life on December 16, 2018. She was fatally shot in her home located in the 5100 block of Live Oak Street in Cudahy. Sandra operated a daycare from her residence, where she lived with her boyfriend and her two young children, an 8-year-old son and a 2-year-old daughter.
